To guarantee the integrity of the ecosystem, activation recognition is held for 30 days (guarantee period and fraud protection). After this period, the resource is released for redemption.

You can request your reward as soon as you accumulate at least R$ 10.00 in cleared balance. The transfer fee is deducted from the requested amount, so accumulating a higher balance helps amortize this cost.
